In an area of Oslo that she describes as quiet and boring, Marie Ulven, her real name, has been composing pop ballads since her teens.  She talks mainly about her love affairs, her sexuality and her mental health. With great sensitivity and frankness among her strengths, she quickly won over an audience of committed fans.  Described by the press as the “future benevolent rock star”, she became a true icon of the GenZ and LQBTQI+ communities. To such an extent that “Do you listen to girl in red” has become a catchphrase of queer TikTok. Talkative and uninhibited on stage, her concerts are a real explosion of positive energy.
