A polymorphous artist with multiple influences, Seal boasts the freedom to be able to do it all, from soul to pop, including forays into dance music.  All this with disconcerting skill.  In three decades, his voice, which can be heard among all those he has inspired since, has not aged a day.  An Englishman with Chadian and Nigerian roots, Seal draws what moves him from his musical heart. The result is hits such as “Kiss from a Rose”, “Crazy” and “Love’s Divine” and 30 million albums sold worldwide.  Just as several artists have covered his songs (Alanis Morissette, George Michael and others), Seal regularly revisits his favourites (such as James Brown, Curtis Mayfield and Stevie Wonder).  He came to Montreux four times between 2004 and 2011 and will return to the Auditorium Stravinski to play the anthems that made his career.
