Romy
Co-founder of the influential trio The xx, Romy Madley Croft is now embarking on a solo career, following in the footsteps of her bandmates Jamie xx and Oliver Sim. After a critically acclaimed debut single in 2020, Romy collaborated with Fred again… on the track “Lights Out” before enjoying her biggest success to date with “Strong”, an irresistible dancefloor hit. A much sought-after musician, DJ and songwriter, Romy has co-written all three albums by The xx, as well as Dua Lipa’s hit “Electricity” with Mark Ronson and tracks for Halsey and King Princess. Her debut album, Midair, will be released this year, produced in part by Fred again.
