At the age of 16, aupinard discovered João Gilberto’s “Saudade Fez Um Samba” by chance. This sparked a passion for bossa nova that led him to record several demos in his bedroom while in confinement. Selected for the Inouïs at the Printemps de Bourges festival in 2023, and boosted by a number of support acts, the Bordeaux artist won over TikTok with his bossa nova-tinged songs and his first track, “c’est tout moi”. This was followed by his first sold-out headline concerts at Le Hasard Ludique and Le Café de la Danse, and now he’s on tour in France from February, with a sold-out show at Le Trianon on 05 April.
