Having self built a reputation as one of Italo Disco’s most important Djs, producers and collectors, Marcello Giordani is a key-figure in the global Disco/House scene.

In 1994, At the age of just eighteen, Marcello’s career started in  the avant-garde Italian House scene, playing in the best clubs of the time, such as Cocorico, Echoes, Kinki and Les Folies de Pigalle as resident DJ for 8 years.

At the beginning of the year 2000, his vision changed and he began to be interested in the Italian Dance scene of the 80s – Italo Disco. An avid frequenter of record fairs and second-hand markets, he managed over the years to collect an incredible amount of records. This would lead him to starting his blog “Italo Deviance” in 2008, specialising in the dissemination of rare Italo Disco tracks found in his incredible collection. The success of the blog raised his profile drastically and allowed him to export his dj-sets all over the world.

In 2011 he began his collaboration with the Marvin & Guy project that took him to another artistic level.

A Dj and Producer with an eclectic taste, inspired by the underground Disco scene of the 70s/80s passing through the Italo and House of the 90s, Marcello’s sets combine the experience gained and taste garnered over a career spanning nearly 30 years.
