Having fallen into the vinyl pot at the age of 13, Joh Erba has since immersed himself in music of all kinds, thus nourishing his immense musical palette day after day. An improvised party in 1986 inoculated him with the virus of the mix and allowed him to enter, 4 years later, in the very closed circle of clubbing. He will refine an urban sound, mixed with House, Funk and Bass Music.

In 1992, in parallel with his career as a club DJ, he began his first radio experiences. A few compilations from different labels and published by him, will be released a few years later, the fruit of his inspirations and his talents as a pioneer, halfway between modern soul and electronic jazz. Co-programmer at the Montreux Jazz café 2001-02, Resident DJ from 99 to 2009 at the Montreux Jazz café, sound architect of the finest radio show called “Métissages” on Couleur 3 since 2000, the number one famous youth radio chanel from Switzerland, Joh Erba celebrates groove and electronic music on a daily basis, mixing the new with the old, machines and instruments, with, as a common thread, musical innovation. Man in the shadows and sought-after DJ, Joh offers us a daily journey flying over Funk, Jazz and Afrobeat, House and Techno. He’s not just a music programmer, he is an essential DJ in the sound galaxy, never short of ideas, revelations, discoveries and good beats, it’s up to you to feel his good vibes.
