Criss-crossing Switzerland with his turntables for the last few years, Nelsang aka Nel100 never ceases to raise the mercury wherever he mixes: crowds at MAD, Globull, Montreux Jazz, La Gravière and the D! Club have all been gripped by euphoria. Sounds? Hip-Hop, Trap, Afrobeat and Baile Funk. Symptoms? An endorphin rush, a groovy fever and, above all, an irresistible desire to dance. A native of Martigny, the Cape Verdean DJ is part of the multidisciplinary Mal au Crâne collective, which brings together DJs, professional dancers and beatmakers. Far from confining himself to a specific spot, Nelsang exports his scorching sets to a host of events, as well as to Couleur 3 radio, via his Nayuno mix. DJing at concerts by Valais rapper Jeune Hustler as well as at Tataki evenings and Red Bull’s Dance Your Style battles, the artist has worked with Swiss Post, Vans and Dakine.
