Pip Millett
Born in Manchester, Pip Millett developed her love for music at a very young age. As early as elementary school, she listened to Bobby Womack or Lauryn Hill on a loop on her iPod Nano. At the age of 20, she was spotted for her soulful voice and ethereal productions. Her first single “Make Me Cry” was released in 2018, followed by a superb cover of the classic “Try a Little Tenderness,” made famous by one of her heroes, Otis Redding. The young singer is now releasing her debut album, When Everything is Better, I’ll Let You Know, in which she opens up with disarming sincerity about sensitive topics such as mental health and social inequality.
