A child of Dublin’s Northside, Rejjie Snow thought his career would play out in football. Fortunately for us, things went rather differently! Against all the odds, this outsider has managed to put Ireland on the global hip-hop map. After a few tracks on SoundCloud and collaborations with King Krule, his album Dear Annie put him on the international stage alongside Anderson .Paak and Taylor The Creator. In 2018, Rejjie Snow was already captivating Lisztomania with his sunny hip-hop and rich vocals. This year he returns to the Montreux Jazz Lab with a new album, Baw Baw Black Sheep, masterly mixing his metronomic flow with jazz, soul and R&B instrumentation.
