Since early 2000s, Pierre-Alexandre Busson, aka Yuksek, has never stopped experimenting, finally becoming one of the most important producers in electronic music scene. At once a DJ, world renowned for his energetic disco/house mixes, a prolific remixer (Gorillaz, Lana Del Rey, Breakbot, etc.), a producer, a label founder, a composer of film soundtracks, and radio host, Yuksek jumps between projects with an enthusiasm that betrays his deep love of music and his jack-of-all-trades approach.
After his formative years spent in the wild rave scenes of the 90s, Yuksek has gone on to impose himself as one of the most brilliant inventive forces in the turbulent music scene in Reims (The Shoes, Brodinski), giving a new lease of life to the French Touch. Yuksek marked himself out from the crowd in 2009 with Away From The Sea. His first album pulsed with metallic melodies and uppercut beats, blending rock and electro seamlessly.
