Delia Meshlir
Delia Meshlir is a Swiss musician who grew up in Lausanne. After numerous projects ranging from blues-rock (Cheyenne) to experimental music (Primitive Trails), she released in 2015 a first solo album under her name (“Stories From Vacuity”), in a folk vein. The director Emmanuelle Antille then proposed to include two tracks in her biographical film on Karen Dalton ” ” A Bright Light- Karen and the Process “. This was followed by a tour with Laure Betris (Kassette, Pier) and Melissa Kassab.
Delia Meshlir is also a trained visual artist who dresses her music in clips and visuals that she creates herself.
