Accessibility
Providing optimal access for all to our spaces is one of our top priorities. Our guests with disabilities will find a dedicated checkpoint onsite. Additionally, in cooperation with Procap Suisse, the Festival organizes free events designed to make music more accessible.
INFORMATIONS
Most festival areas are accessible to people with reduced mobility (see Accessibility Map).
A first-aid station is available if needed, and specialized Eurokey-accessible toilets are provided on-site.
For concerts at the Lake Stage and Casino Stage, there is a a special offer (reduced price) for people with disabilities (see below).

TICKET OFFER
The Montreux Jazz Festival offers a dedicated offer for people with disabilities, including:
- A discounted ticket (12% off the price of a standing ticket)
- A free seated ticket for one companion (if needed, our trained accessibility team can also assist you)
- Access to specially designated areas for people with disabilities
- A dedicated team trained to welcome and assist people with disabilities
- This offer is available to all people with disabilities, regardless of the type of disability (motor, sensory, cognitive, psychological, etc.)
Limited availability – To ensure everyone’s comfort, we can only accept one companion per order.
Important: Please make sure to book your tickets at least 24 hours in advance. To do so, fill out the “Accessibility Request” form and send it via email to accessibility@mjf.ch.
This offer is primarily intended for people with disabilities. If you have a temporary condition (e.g., a broken leg), we cannot guarantee advance reservations. However, you may purchase your ticket through official channels and visit the Accessibility Stand on the day of the event. Our team will do its best to welcome you and provide an adapted seating arrangement if space is available.

The 2025 events will be announced at the beginning of June, when the free programme is announced. Both events are free. Reservations are not possible.
LAVIVA PARTY – MONDAY, JULY 15, 2024
At the El Mundo bar from 4 p.m.
This event is designed for those with and without disabilities, and special needs of persons with handicaps and/or reduced mobility will be provided for — from access to the space all the way to the dance floor itself! How does it differ from a night at the disco? You check your preconceived notions at the door, and share a moment overflowing with joy.

SINGING HANDS DAY – SATURDAY, JULY 20, 2024
TimanFaya Concert translated into sign language on the Super Bock Stage at 7 p.m.
The Sound Off association will once again be on hand at the «Bar des Cadets» from 5pm to 9pm to offer fun and educational activities on hearing impairment.
We can also count on the presence of La Sinfonietta de Lausanne, who will provide vibrating waistcoats in order to feel the vibrations during the concert.
